The Tomb of Emperor Minh Mang is located in Vietnam. Many tourists visit Vietnam only to see this attraction. Minh Mang was a very popular emperor who ruled in Vietnam from 1820 to 1849. This tomb attracts tourists with its unique design. It is located in one of the most beautiful places in Vietnam. This monument looks amazing on the background of Vietnamese landscape. This is not only one tomb in Vietnam but the tomb of emperor Minh Mang is the most interesting and popular among tourists and local residents. The building of this tomb was begun after the death of Minh Mang in 1841 and finished in 1843.
His successor started this building. There are three gates on the entrance of this tomb. To get into you have to pass all these gates. The first gate is called The Right Red Gate, the second is The Left Red Gate or Dai Hong Mon and the last one is The Central Big Red Gate. Besides these gates there is the Honor Courtyard. This courtyard has three big stairs.
Next to this courtyard there is a special place where different animals were sacrificed. To get into the tomb of the emperor you have to pass three terraces. Three bridges are so beautiful and unique crossing the lake of impeccable cleanliness. Three terraces symbolize three elements” the sky, water and the earth”. Every bridge was made of one of these materials. The famous tomb of emperor is located in the west cost of The Aromatic River.
